Track and trace

When you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation. When your order has been transferred to our shipping partners you will receive an e-mail with Track & Trace code. You can track your order with this code.

Delivery Prints

Shipping will take place approximately 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Please note customers ordering outside Europe will be responsible for all import tax charges.

Delivery ART

The estimated delivery time of the art collection is approximately 7-10 working days. We send the art collection with our courier partner services. They will coordinate a day and time with you for the delivery of the artwork.

Duties and Taxes
Customs clearance fees, taxes and charges may still apply. All duties and / or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by No Black No White.

Return Policy

When returning products, No Black No White must first of all be informed. This can be done by sending an email to info@noblack-nowhite.com

I received a faulty item

You can return faulty items within 14 days after your received them. Get in touch with our customer service by sending an email including pictures to info@noblack-nowhite.com.

Return rights ART

If you exercise the right to cancel, you shall notify No Black No White accordingly within the cooling-off period of 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original packing and labelling must be in tact when returning the goods.

When the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Shipments must be returned within 30 days after receipt.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. When you ship an item, consider using a traceable shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Only normally priced items can be reimbursed, unfortunately items cannot be reimbursed.

When an order is returned, you must always keep your tracking number and a copy of the receipt so that you have proof of shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we’ve received your returned items we’ll usually process it the first working day. It takes a maximum of 14 working days to process your refund. To make sure your return is on its way please check the T&T code of the parcel. Has the 14 working days passed please contact our customer service via info@noblack-nowhite.com.
